Welcome to Artehonestao Running. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our running services, instructor training programs, health consultations, gift cards, apparel, and related offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Instructor Training Programs

Certification Requirements

To become a certified Artehonestao running instructor, participants must:

  • Complete all 8 weeks of the structured training curriculum
  • Pass all biomechanics and technique assessments with a minimum score of 85%
  • Successfully demonstrate the ability to analyze and correct running form
  • Complete 25 supervised training hours with mentor coaches
  • Pass the final certification examination

Certification Maintenance

To maintain active certification status, Artehonestao instructors must:

  • Complete 10 hours of continuing education annually
  • Attend at least one Artehonestao advanced technique workshop per year
  • Submit running technique analysis videos for peer review bi-annually
  • Maintain professional liability insurance coverage

Health Services

Our running health and performance consultations are subject to the following terms:

  • Consultations are not a substitute for professional medical advice
  • Personalized nutrition and recovery plans are designed specifically for running performance
  • Clients must disclose all relevant health conditions that may affect running performance
  • Health metrics are collected solely for the purpose of optimizing running performance
  • We reserve the right to require physician clearance before providing certain services

Apparel and Equipment

Product Warranty

Artehonestao running apparel and equipment come with the following guarantees:

  • Performance apparel: 60-day satisfaction guarantee
  • Technical running gear: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Limited edition collections: all sales final unless defective

Return Policy

Our running apparel may be returned under these conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days
  • Proof of purchase required for all returns
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customized running gear cannot be returned except for manufacturing defects

Gift Cards

Artehonestao Running gift cards are subject to the following terms:

  • Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
  • Can be used for any Artehonestao running services or apparel
  • Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Lost or stolen cards can be replaced with proof of purchase
  • Digital gift cards will be delivered to the recipient's email within 24 hours

Running Events and Workshops

Participation in Artehonestao running events is subject to the following:

  • Registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred up to 14 days before the event
  • Participants must sign a standard release of liability
  • Artehonestao reserves the right to modify event details or cancel due to safety concerns
  • Participants must adhere to all event rules and etiquette guidelines
  • Appropriate running attire and footwear are required

Liability Limitations

By using Artehonestao Running services:

  • You acknowledge that running activities involve inherent risks
  • You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our coaches
  • You accept that Artehonestao is not liable for injuries sustained during normal running activities
  • You understand that results from training programs vary by individual
  • You acknowledge that health benefits of our methods depend on consistent practice

Intellectual Property

All Artehonestao Running content is protected:

  • Training methodologies and materials are proprietary
  • Certified instructors may only use materials as authorized
  • The Artehonestao Running name, logo, and brand elements may not be used without permission
  • Training manuals and resources may not be reproduced or distributed

Modifications to Terms

Artehonestao Running reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients and posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
